Thank you for desiring to volunteer for our Women of Calvary Christmas Gathering this year. Here are the list of opportunities to get involved in:
Men Servers Help replenish food & drink during event.
Ticket Sales Team Receives payments, assists in covering ticket sales during church services starting Nov 9 and assist night of event checking in.
Program/Performance Team Stage set up, design & construction.
Decorating/Set Up Team Helps decorate the church & set up day before & day of. Assist with table placement, decorations, coat check area, signage, lights, display and complete church transformation.
Table Cloth Team We need women who can iron the weeks prior to the event, help refresh & distribute tablecloths the day before and day of event; as well as remove, count and prep return of tablecloths. May assist coordinator in packaging up to return .
Food Prep Team Prep food in advance & freeze before event. Also, prep & cook food day of event, pre-set food tables event night. Will also need people to replenish food during event.
Beverage Team Set up work tables before the event, and help refill drinks during the event.
Clean Up Team Make sure everything is torn down, put away and returned to proper place. We need a full clean up of the building after the event ends.
Greeting Team We need hospitable women to help with greeting, You will arrive at the event approximately 40 minutes prior to the event. A pre-meeting will be held prior to the event to go over the evening's events and plan.
Social Media/Photographers Team Document the event and process of the event (event prep, set up, etc), post on social media with proper headlines and hashtags, turn in all edited pictures to RMC for use in future (you are encouraged to use for your own portfolio). Photo booth set up. As well as helping with signage for the event.
Youth Service Team High School and Junior High event volunteers. Locations for service will be set by group leaders and event coordinators.
