Servants in this are leaders/facilitators that start and lead a new small group at your home or at a host home provided to you. Small groups follow a specific format provided by the Pastor over small groups. Our hope in participating in small groups is that relationships in our church would grow and community would be built.Requires a background check, references, and an interview.
