VBS Volunteer Volunteer Opportunities

Please read through the list of volunteer opportunities below and select an area of service:

• Group Leaders (18 and Older):  Responsible for a group of children by moving them from one rotation to another during the mornings of VBS. They will also follow the room teacher's directions and apply truth during the small group sessions. (8:30am - 12:15pm)
  
• Jr. Leaders (6th - 12th grade): Responsible for assisting group leaders with a small group of children throughout the morning (8:45am - 12:15pm)
  
• Registration: Help sign-in children every morning of VBS (8:00am - 9:30am)
  
• Games: Responsible of leading children in games each morning. (9:00am - noon)
  
• Small Group Teacher: Responsible for teaching during small group time. (10:00am - 12:15pm)
  
• Special Needs Buddy: Responsible for helping care for special needs children during VBS. (8:45am - 12:15pm)
  
• Craft Team: Responsible for helping kids with their crafts everyday. (9:00am - 12:15pm)
  
• Snack Team: Responsible for helping serve snacks to kids during VBS. (9:00am - 12:15pm) **If you would like to bring snacks, but cannot help serve, please stop by the Info Desk for a list of snacks needed and schedule of when to bring them.**
  
• Decorating Team: Responsible for decorating for VBS on Sunday, June 25, at 1:00pm and/or helping prepare decorations from home.
• Nursery: Supervising children of volunteers 5 and under from (8:15am - 12:30pm).
