Thursday, February 20

Decorating (day before event): 12:00pm - 5:00pm (4-6 needed)

Sandwiches provided at 12:00pm for volunteers. Put in the "Message" box below if you are Gluten Free or if you will not be eating with us.

Friday, February 21

Set up: 4:00pm - 6:30pm (2-4 needed)

Take pictures at the photo booth: 6:15pm - 8:30pm (2 needed)

Assisting the professional photographers & clean up: 6:00 - 10:30pm (2 needed)

Pizza provided at 5:30pm for volunteers. Put in the "Message" box below if you are Gluten Free or if you will not be eating with us.

Dress Attire: Business casual (white & black clothing)
